The Common Hiring Standards Institute (CHSI) is an initiative of PRASTAC to bring standards and common ground to the hiring processes of the industry. Today, multiple standards exist and it is sub-optimal for a recruiter to spend time on shortlisting and checking for fundamentals which are a pre-requisite for any corporate job. 

CHSAI is a think tank rooted in the extensive industry experience and deep expertise of the founding and advisory members of PRASTAC, who hold HR leadership positions in the industry and deal with hiring challenges and dynamics on a day-to-day basis. 


The Entry Level Soft Skills and Functional Language (English) Skills Certification (ELSFLS) for freshers is the only common industry standard proficiency test & certification for early career professionals ( 0-2 years) for shortlisting & a selection baseline for final placements and internships.
